View this email in your browser Dallas Pride 2019 June 1-2, 2019  |  Fair Park Dallas Pride announces 2019 Theme Dallas Pride announces the theme for 2019: "Stonewall STRONG, Dallas PROUD" The theme was selected to recognize and commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall riots in New York City. Many Pride celebrations around the country are also adopting themes to honor the occasion. As a reminder, the 2019 Dallas Pride weekend has moved to the first weekend in June and will be held in Fair Park. The Miller Lite Music Festival, Teen PRIDE and Family PRIDE Zone date is Saturday, June 1, 2019 in the Centennial Building and Esplanade. View this email in your browser Dallas Pride 2019 June 1-2, 2019  |  Fair Park Vendor and Parade Participant Registration begins Monday, Jan. 14 at 8am If you plan to be a Dallas Pride participant this year, here is your reminder that both Festival Vendor applications and Parade entry applications go online Monday morning (Jan. 14th) at 8:00 am. The Miller Lite Music Festival will be held on Saturday, June 1st in the Esplanade and Centennial Buildings at Fair Park. The following day on Sunday, June 2nd, The Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade will make it's way down a route through a large portion of Fair Park.. This allows for both indoor and outdoor activities and a better experience for our food/beverage providers and vendors. With the change will come significant improvements for vendors unloading for the Festival and staging for the Parade plus much better parking options. It also allows for more growth in the future. We know many of you will have questions, and we will do our best to answer them. Some answers we can answer now, some as we continue the planning process.   Remember, applications will go live online at 8:00 AM on Monday, January 14th. Parade and Festival spaces fill up fast!
